- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
- Any booking fees charged are non-refundable.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances, as outlined below.
- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to JFJ Realty within 24 hours of check-in.
- A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation link found in the confirmation email, which is labeled as “cancel your booking”. You will receive an email letting you know your reservation has been canceled. Cancellations will be reviewed and any refunds issued will be done manually in accordance with the policy outlined here.
- If you have lost or deleted your confirmation email and wish to cancel, you must request a cancellation via our contact form found here.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by JFJ Realty. Please review these exceptions.
